The first-ever master-planned community in all of Southern Nevada, Green Valley was founded in 1978 by America Nevada Corporation and has been bursting with the gentle buzz of a graceful lifestyle ever since, even as newer communities developed within its borders. One of these newer communities, Green Valley Ranch, is rated the best neighborhood in all of Henderson, while the streets in Green Valley South are lined with verdant foliage and sumptuous landscapes, perfectly complimenting the history of Green Valley.
Today, Green Valley offers everything from elegant gated communities to the cheerful, close-knit community of Green Valley North. With that in mind, it’s no wonder Green Valley is home to a wealth of home styles, though they typically range from estates to single-family homes in Spanish and ranch styles, defined by charming stucco walls and tile roofs. Green Valley thrums with family-forward living and an atmosphere dedicated to bustling lifestyles that still have some of that ideal small-town charm. A dense suburban oasis of cafés, eateries, retail options, and green living, Green Valley has it all.
