Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Joe graduated from college and left the snowy Canadian winters for the sunny beaches of South Florida where he earned an MBA and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He was soon recruited to lead a high-profile consulting project in Puerto Rico while directing business operations for a multinational pharmaceutical firm. Along the way, Joe was introduced to real estate investing by his peers and slowly began to acquire several properties.
The vibrance and unlimited potential of the Las Vegas valley soon beckoned, and Joe traded the humid, Floridian breeze for the unique, dry climate of the Nevada desert, where he has pursued his true passion as a real estate professional. Joe and his family have been happily based in Henderson, NV since 2006.
Joe is a world traveler, foodie, amateur chef, and loves to host dinner parties. He is fluent in 4 languages and is an extremely poor golfer.
